Plan Your Search On location, we help frame the charge from the Board to the Search Committee, then work with you to develop a detailed, customized plan that maps the who, how and when of your search. The plan sequences the tasks and decision-points appropriate to your search and incorporates a realistic budget.
Due Diligence Our knowledgeable consultants review your association’s operations, benchmarking against organizations serving similar markets. Interviews and focus groups we conduct with association leaders and other leaders operating in your organization’s universe yield valuable insights about how your organization is perceived and what expectations exist for it and its next executive. We equip you with information any candidate worth serious consideration will want to know.
Research in hand, we update the job description, price the position, and recommend desired candidate attributes for your Search Committee to consider. Your decisions tell us how to shape the position’s marketing plan and help us select collateral materials. Includes Plan Your Search.
Recruit/Select/Employ Working closely with the Search Committee we pursue the plan, recruiting and screening candidates. We then present the most appropriate matches to the Committee for further evaluation. We conduct thorough background checks on finalists and help structure the offer to the successful candidate. At your discretion, we will present the offer and negotiate on your behalf. Incorporates Search Design and Due Diligence services.

About Our Fees
We provide all of our search-related services on a fixed fee plus direct expenses basis, with no markup on expenses.
Organization Dynamics, LLC only provides Recruit/Select/Employ services for searches for which we have been retained for the entire process, from search design forward.
